A Vision Refresh helps you clarify a decade vision for your life and leadership. After three days in the Colorado Rockies you leave refilled and re-clarified as you redesign your life and leadership. I host these with individuals and groups.  

A Vision Refresh is a collision of coaching, the great outdoors and a fun experience. There is enough space to exit the whirlwind and sit with your thoughts, enough guidance to give you direction and enough fun to loosen you up. The combo of great food, epic adventures and new terrain produce delight and disorientation.

I absolutely love the collision of coaching, the outdoors and shared experiences that form an ideal Vision Refresh. I spend much of my week helping hungry leaders conquer overwhelm and navigate with courage. 

I have experience in non-profit, business and church contexts, and draw on that experience to cater each Vision Refresh to fit your unique situation. 

I plan these experiences with enough space to receive fresh ideas but enough structure to build strategy. I see the power in beautiful places, good food and flexible mornings when refreshing your vision. 

You will move between restaurants, wilderness areas and mountain towns.

Most experiences happen in the mountains of Colorado, but Alan will travel to another location. There is a small amount of pre-work Alan will ask you to complete in order to gain momentum.  
  • You cover your flight, but the experience includes two nights of lodging, great food, drinks, transportation and activity costs.
  • You spend three full days with Alan.
  • One coaching session after the Vision Refresh is included.
  • ​At least five strategic leadership tools will be applied during a Vision Refresh.
  • ​Regular cost for a 3 day mountain experience is $7,000. Regular cost for 2 day Colorado Springs experience is $5,500
